Help!!! do not have setup pin or logins to control centre

Hello, i am a newbie and im a little stuck. i have managed to aquire a working dreambox with everything i already need. however ive noticed that im missing a few channels. im trying too peform a scan or add new channels but i cannot get into the setup, its asking for a setup pin.

I have downloaded the control centre and tried to login from there so that i can change the pin. Still no joy.

since i have no pin i cannot install tuxcom either?

is there anything i can do. i dont really want to flash the box as i will loose my line?

Your box is locked down. Are you able to connect via FTP, or does that ask for a password?
