Help needed with customizing bouquets in commando 14.7

I' have edited the local.scan file using notepad++ to swap the channels around but upon running autobouquet, the "creating your local custom Bouquets" runs in a loop, kept it running for well over 20mins with no change. Can anyone please help with this?

please attach your local.scan file 'as' local.scan.txt so we can help pinpoint exactly where you ****ed up, LOL!

Wasn't a complete f**k up, managed to get it soughted Tried to jump before i could walk.
