sounds like bad flash you will need to use dreamup

Read post 55 and buy a null modem cable.

Thank you both for the feedback - I shall buy a null modem cable ( saw one on Ebay for under ?2 ) and give it another go.

I did actually read quite a lot on the forum before trying via the network but obviously for me it was not going to work

loaded up fine but in network settings i cannot obtain the ip address of the box, tried to restart network but no joy.

Have you got dhcp enabled
If not you need to enter it manualy
Enable dhcp and reboot the box .................Paul

hi guys ignore my post box had faulty network port, however i h ave put the image on another box which is all fine apart from how do i install the cccam plugin?

does the image come with the plugin?

Sorry to say but this image is a nightmare just updated from 14.7 to 15 through the receiver everything seemed to go great, now it's telling me there's no boutiques I've done a channel scan finds the channels no problem but now it's just locked on one
I'll go back to the old image

Hi lads,
I'm currently in a spot of bother, I've got my hands on a Blade BM500s, which appears to be password protected.
I have tried to FTP into it with no luck, I've tried to re-flash it with DreamUp with null modem cable without any luck either.
I'd appreciate any help with this, is there someway of a factory reset maybe.

I've gone back to 4.7 which is working great, for some reason the update through the box to 15 is just too many problems from me unless I'm doing something wrong as I cannot get boutiques organised at all.

i am using homeplugs for DM500S and its running great.but on DM500V8 i flashed commando 15C which is flashed fine but on the same homeplugs it says on network settings

Default Gateway Unreachable (Socket Error)
DNS Server " "
Via IP (88.198.50.98) " "
i put the ip address of my box manually i did DHPC off and then i put my ip address manually and then rebooted but it says what i have already mentioned.
when i put DHPC on and reboot the box it all disappears like ip address and Default Gateway is MT
what shall i do in this situation because when i put other box it runs fine.if some one can pm me and explain me what to do i will really appriciate it.Thanks in advance

I am using commando 15.d and when I scan, I seem to have lost half of my channels, looks like transponders and frequencies have changed. How to ensure this is all upto date for me to get all the latest channels/frequencies?
