dream up problem?

Hi,when I connect to receiver with dream up the program prepares to connect I power up the receiver and try to connect nothing happens the computer does not recognize the receiver.

Are you using a USB-Serial adaptor lead at all or a fixed serial port on your PC/Laptop

anouther thought is are you using the correct dreamup loader
for the box you have

you must make sure that the cable are fixed properly and restart it..it should work my friend.
