Newbie To using Dream Box DM500-S 4L

Hi all
First time user with Dream box 500s got off a friend help needed it has Gemini Project on it I had all the ... channels on it but all of the sports channels have now stopped working it shows an exclamation next to them and other channels as well my four year old got hold of the remote and when i came in it was open to menus. I know basic com skills and have tried to look up what to do without success if anyone could please help Thanks
