Hi, my first entry so please be patient with me
I have a clone Dreambox 500 which was working fine up to a month ago . Free channels were all OK as well as the internet ones.
Then it failed with a message SERVICE COULD NOT BE FOUND. This is in every attempt on every chanlels
I eliminated the dish, LNB and cable by using another receiver which although it has no network port , it does receive all free channels.
This message appears on all programs and the signal strength is OK on the other receiver. Using the remote I can access the faulty receiver
