miltiroom with dreambox 500

trying to set up another box in bed room cable coming from dish works perfect in the living room but when i feed it through to bedroom get no signal on box any ideas thanks

if useing loop out the first box needs to be off.
your better useing its own dedicated satellite feed to each box,

yes using own dedicated satellite feed to both boxes, and tested both feeds in living room on both boxes all work but when i put cable into bed room and connect the box up i get no signal coming up on tv,its got me stumped thanks for any help you can give
