Dreambox DM500HD not finding any channels URGENT :(

i have a dreambox 500s HD it has newnigma2 i dont know which version

I used to have a dm500 (non hd) and it was on 13e last time i used it. When i go to the 500s (HD) and configure it and search or try to move the motor nothing happens or it doesn't find any channels.

When i go to the 500 (Non HD) it works without any problems.

I really hope the tuner is working.

I tried this

Factory reset
New cable.

Please help this is urgent!!!

Match up the tuner freqencies on both boxes,ie longitude and latitude.

Just did it! It was 0.00 and 0.00 and it didn't help at all :/

only one coax line can control the dish , you will need to choose which box to power the dish , and configure the tuner on the hd box for your setup

I know that right, and im also using 1 coax line from the motor directly to the DM500HD and sometimes for checking purpose i switch it to the 500 (non hd)

Have you configured the tuner and uploaded your bouquets

I did configure the tuner and i have no boquest yet. im on gemini 5.1 now and still.

Is it pulling a signal? If not connect old box, drive dish to zero . Connect new box an upload a bouquets settings file using dream box edit, catseyes is good. Then reboot and select a sat from list, the new box should then drive the motor to the selected sat, provided the tuner is configured correctly!

I managed to get all the channels now in a search! But it wont let me watch em. all it gives me is a Dish saying ??Dream?? On it and some weird pointers.

I managed to get it working!

But without motor only :S or diseqc

my motor is: optibox dm2400

you get that dish symbol when the dish is moving between satellites
and it can show if you hit a dead tp or fail to get a lock on the sat
are you sure the motor settings are correct and the dish is finding it's
target? i have the same box and it works first class on diseqc 1.2
and my tuner is set this way

menu >ok set up> ok service searching>ok tuner configuration>ok
then useing left and right buttons set the tuner config mode to advanced
next scroll down and select the satellite you wish to set then scroll down
to lnb click right and set to lnb 1 next down to diseqc mode>click right
and set it to diseqc 1.2 next scroll down and zero the long/lat settings
now scroll down to the next part of the panel on [use usuals for this sat]
click right and set to [no] then if like me you search the sats from west to east set this sat ie: hispasat 30w at number 1 in the stored possition then move back up the list to satellite and click to change it to the next sat you want to scan then go back down and set usuals to off and change the sat number to 2 you do this for every sat you want to set and scan when all are set>click>ok and exit the menu, then you either scan the sats and chns or
load a chn list. but i think i would start at the number 1 satellite, and use the manual scan on every satellite to scan the sats and chns and save each sat possition
