i need assistance please......

.....G'day, i have recently aquired a dreambox in the last week, a new one.
installed it, some one remotely set it up for me, now the problem i have is 3 times over the weekend it froze and dropped all channels. they did come back on, but nbot this time.

i do not have a clue what to do, can someone please assist me in sorting this out.

were the free to air channels still working? if yes then there must have been a problem with the server if u run ccam.Try pressing menu going to setup then softcam and softcam setup and restarting softcam that sometimes works what image are you using? I use pli and has been ok for me.If ur FTA channels were not working then could be a problem with ur dish or firmware on box

i was running PLi jade, now on blue and its much better.
