DM500HD image glitch

Hello,

I just got my DM500HD clone and everything is up and running, newnigma2 and cccam, but I am having a problem with the picture, every few seconds there is a weird thingy appearing in the picture...

this video I took from my phone and u can see the glitch right in the beginning of it.

These 2 are recordings from the box, if I play them on the computer I see no glitch, I play them on the dreambox and there it is again. since it doesn't happen on my computer I am guessing it's not the tuner (BCM4505) ?

I also have a DM800HD and got no glitches on that one... this glitch is very annoying, I hope someone has a solution other than send it back
