    Recording to PC / Network Shared Folder

    Hi,


    I will be away for a few weeks and need to know if its possible to record TV programs from my dreambox to my pc using a shared network folder. My usb port is only reading usb drives of up to 8GB and this fills up in 2-3days... can anyone help me with instructions on how to record to my pc.

      You need to setup a Cifs Mount folder on your PC via the settings on the DM500 this will allow you to record directly to that folder

          And how do i do that please.. any instructions.. google didnt offer me much direct help..
