Any body got the genuine dreambox 500 hd yet?

Just wanted to know what they think of it, and do you get the gltichin you get on the dm800 clone on the HD channels?

Thinking of buying one as i cant justify myself spending 400 on a vu+duo

dm800hd great budget hd pvr box with in-line amp works perfect on all hd channels..


dm500hd seems alot of money and personally think the 800 is better

I have a 500hd and I think it's the best dreambox I have had.

I've have a genuine DM600 and I had a genuine DM800.

I ended up selling my DM800 as I have nothing but problems with it on my set up. The DM500HD has a different tuner in it compared to the DM800 I had.

To be honest I think the new tuner in the DM500HD is more sensitive so you can lock on to fringe signals.

I'm not an expert but the Dreambox is a sort of hobby I suppose.

DM500HD superb box much faster than the 800 albeit no display or serial gets my vote

have also just got a dm500hd and so far so good.
hd is great.... just gonna ftp with it and see what it connects and updates like on the lan
