locking a signal 500hd

Tried to move my dish slightly to get a better signal on
Tring, got the signal up by about 10% but how do i lock
it on this. Pressed the green to lock and save but when
i came out of menu it moved back to what it was.

Thinking i may need to sent my dish to 0 then to 1w.


ALSO....where's the port settings on the receiver, after
i reflashed it i cant seem to find that setting...
