No signal on DM500HD

Anybody have repeated NO SIGNAL message when switching Sats on original DM500HD?

Is it the lnb cable ? Have you got another satellite box you can try the lnb cable on ?

is the dish missing the sat when you move it , have you tried tweaking the dish east and west to see if that gets you a signal . there is a sat finder in the menu of the 500hd use this to check signal

am using a dm500hd using usals with motorisd dish and it works perfect... you sure you have set the dish up correctly.
if its saying no signal looks like its not pointing to the right position.... try setting the dish manually by pointing it from due south then move it with your hands to 28.2e astra just to eliminate a duff tuner
