help with channels

need some help please ,have done a scan on dreambox 7020 it is finding no services or providers ,have locked on to a good transponder on astra 19.2 e and showing a good signal any ideas where i am going wrong,i have tried a couple of differant images gemini & scvs same thing happens it is just doing my head in

Have you got a copy of the latest satellite.xml file loaded on your box?

yes the xml file is on but will update it and see what happens the tuxbox (blue panel is showing no services) tried to use bouquet wizard but not having much luck thanks 4 a quick response
