orginal viasat card with a dreambox 7020

Hi i am new in the land of Dreambox.

I got a Dreambox 7020 and a orginal viasat card. how in the world do i get my dreambox to read the card?? some say that i need to match the box id of my old viasat box with my dreambox, in a hex-editor. is it true?? and how do i do that and how do i upload the code to my dreambox. isn't there a prober "how to" guide. do i need anything else??

viasat on db7020

you have to set up yor db as a cardserver and include the id number from your viasat box. ask on cardsever forum how to do. seffe from sweden
