Al Jazeera Sports Card

Does anyone know if the Dreambox 7025 takes the Al Jazeera Sports Card in Irdeto without a cam. The older ART card was Viaccess and just inserted into card slot. Thanks.

I have checked this on DM7000 original (Gemini 470) and DM800HD clone (Gemini 460) and managed to get Al Jazeera Irdeto card working.

I have CCcam 2.1.4 installed on both boxes. I managed to get the card working using the CCcam with some minor modification.

If you have CCcam configured for sharing, BACKUP your var/etc/CCcam.cfg file

- Install CCcam_Config addon from Addons (Blue button -> Addons -> Download Gemini Server -> Cam_Configs)

- FTP to your box and open var/etc/CCcam.cfg file

- Search for the below line. Remove the # at the begining of the line
CAMDATA: /dev/sci0 11 22 33 44 55 66 77 88 99 aa bb cc dd ee ff

- Search for the below line. Remove the # at the begining of the line. And Replace ttyUSB0 with sci0 (or sci1 depending on the card slot u r using)
TRY ALL CHIDS : /dev/ttyUSB0
The line should be TRY ALL CHIDS : /dev/sci0 (or sci1 )

- Save the file and upload it back to the box in var/etc/

- Plug the card inside the box (chip face down)

- Restart the CCcam (Blue button -> Green Button)

This should be enough to make the card works.
If you are using CCcam configured for sharing, you can safely open var/etc/CCcam.cfg file and add the config line (C: server port user pass) at the begining it. Save it, and upload it back into the box.

If you don't want to mess with your CCcam, you can simply install Scam 3.59 (Blue button -> Addons -> Download Gemini Server -> Cams). Use the Scam and restart it after you plug the card in the box.

The above post if you want to have an idea about the configuration. If you don't want that and you just want your card to work, download the uploaded file, unrar and upload it into your box var/etc

Note: if you have CCcam sharing configured, just add the sharing line at the begining of the file, save and upload.

Totally agree mate , Ikay went out of his way to go get the card , check the card , type the reply , upload a file etc etc , and the response he got was "Thanks for that" + "seems complicated" , some people are so selfish and rude its unbelievable ,

Aljazeera is changing Jsc sport cards 319xxxxxx series with new 322xxxxxx series.... (from viaccess 3 to viaccess 4.0), So a few changes over the coming weeks.

I need a correct configuration of cccam.cfg to actuvate and update this card.

I have the same card working fine on my 800HD

Did you try Scam instead of CCcam?
