Dreambox 7000s no response

    Dreambox 7000s no response

    Hello All
    My dreambox has an orange LCD screen. When switched on, I get DREAM MULTIMEDIA on the screen and that is where it stays. I get the start of an image on the tv and that is it. I have used dreamup with different images, still no good. Any ideas?

      Unsure what image you have installed, but how long do you wait? I know my dm7025+ takes around 4 minutes in total to boot the Gemini 4.7 image from scratch. May just a case of being patient?

          Thanks for the response. I am using Gemini 4.7. Held the button for ten minutes. No change except I have a arrow up inprint on my thumb.
