switch - Service could not be found!

What does 'switch - Service could not be found!' imply on my DM 7020Si
I get it on every channel even FTA stuff like Cbeebies on Astar 28.2E.
I have flashed to Nabilo Darkstar II and have installed Cccam 2.0.9.
Should I be using keys? If so I have installed 'My Dreambox key downloader 2.1' tool but to no avail!
I really don't know what to do and could do with some advice.

The Nabilo Darkstart image makers are using 28.4E for Astra but all the satellite.xml files have Astra at 28.2E. If you do MENU> SETUP > service searching > Transponder edit > Scroll down till you find 28.2E > there should be number 282 , change this to 284 and you should be ok.

It is not a case of being knowledgeable rather a case of 'I have already screwed my box up with this problem' so I can tell you what to do to fix it.

i am having the same problem on the same image, i already checked and im on 284 (anything else gives a blank sat choice)

sgt flip flops bouques all give the same error as above but if i go to "satelites" (next to "all services") and choose the 3rd 28.2E (theres 3) then the channels work. they display info as 28.4E? whereas the bouque ones that fail display 28.2

any help appreciated.
