fix tspanel

Hi folks
i have the blackhole dreamelite pheonix edition image running on dm800 clone

i updated the tspanel to 4.6 which made all my tspanel icons vanish...i then tried to re-install 4.4 but wont let downgrade from 4.6. how can i either get 4.6 visible to use...or delete it so i can install 4.4 again

i cant find it anywhere in addons / menu etc etc..

says something like cant read env filename every now and again (or something like that)

i had same problem aswell up graded to 4.6 and it dissappered ,,so reflashed image ,and upgraded to 4.5 in tunisat plugin i think it was that plugin 4.5 works great ...

leave 4.5 heard theres a bug altho they sort it very very quick usually

thanks for replies...at least i know its not just me!

i really dont wanna reflash...ive reflashed a few times and for some reason 50% of the time i get no ca error...so have to go to someone house with rs232 cable etc etc...

is there a way to complete remove tspanel? so i can install 4.4 again

where does it live on dm800 file system??

Yes same problem for me with upgrading to 4.6 so if I reflash image but do not want to sound stupid will I loose all original satellite settings I have setup and also other settings and one more thing thanks must I reflash as do have tspanel downloaded on my computer so no way I can just put it back on the box without refashions image .THANKS.

if you reflash you will lose all your channels / bouquest / settings etc... use dreamedit and copy your settings / bouquets etc from box to pc..then you can reflash and just send back to dm800 from pc... any other tweaks will have to be done manually again... think im gonna flash mine now there should be a warning on tspanel 4.6 download!!!!

I ended up reflashing the image

hi their no need to reflash just do this Open DCC > Tools > Packages > Select TSPanel plugin > Click the box thats highlighted on right side > Reboot. to remove to than ilk the 4.5 and it should be fine

hi their just quick replay to this new update of the tspanel 4.6 it doesn't work with gp2 and other old images but we can solve this problem without need to re flash and losing the setting if its not backed up do this and you ill be laughing Open DCC > Tools > Packages > Select TSPanel plugin > Click the box thats highlighted on right side > Reboot. to remove it than ipk the 4.5 spaniel and it should be fine

Hi just tried update to 4.7 and working fine now on Dreamelite 1.3.3 pheonix image.

just update to 4.8 and working fine no issues

updates:

-openpli feeds added to packages feeds
-improve TSFlashbackup
-fix satellite editor
-fix settings loader with sifteam image
-added "removal of py files to menu-uninstaller"

Version 5.2 seems to have the same bug as 4.6 on Dream Elite Phoenix .
I updated earlier and TSPanel isnt showing up in plugins anymore.
