        My problem was i downloaded cccam which was a zip folder i was extracting the zip folder then ftp the folder inside to temp.
        I thought just a chance why not ftp the zip folder which i did & it worked, Hope this might help other's.

            Why dont you put the Dreamelite Phoenix Edition image on their addons manager download is working fine and you can download CCcam fine off there with no trouble.
            Edit-Just saw you got it sorted,nice one.
