Dreambox not restarting properly after uninstalling Meoboot

Hi,

I have a DM800..I don't know if its the genuine deal or not. It has DreamElite installed on it.

It all used to work perfectly until I was playing around with the plugins and decided to install MeoBoot. After I installed it, I noticed that when I restarted it was asking me to choose an image and I didn't like that option so I followed an online guide that showed a number of folders to remove which would uninstall MeoBoot.

After uninstalling MeoBoot I noticed a strange thing..when I'm in the dreambox menu, if I tell my dreambox to restart, reboot etc, instead the display immediately shuts down but it never restarts itself - I have to manually pull the plug and put it back in.

Has anyone had this experience before? Is there a way to fix it without reinstalling my image?

I think you got no option but reflash it m8..gets rid of any problems what might arise later ...cheers

If its a Clone it will tell you what Sim its running on the little LCD screen on the front either Ferarri,Sim2 etc...
