Need some help Guys

I am on Dm800 Hd Se , using latest Blackhole image on a clone box .

Everytime i try to install a plugin manually or by Tspanel , I get the following is missing

/usr/lib/opkg/info/2.6.88-7.4-dm800se.list
/usr/lib/opkg/info/kernel-module-fuse.list
/usr/lib/opkg/info/kernel-image-2.6.18.7.4-dm800se.list

Some plugin show this , still install and work but other don't .

How can I fix it .
