black screen

hi need help some channels on my dreambox 800hd don't work!its just a black screen.Never had this problem before so could do with some info! thanks

Need a bit more info is it all channels some etc Fta ok Premium not? Try a scart instead of hdmi and see if any change, Andy.

Hi thanks for replying need to be carefull how I word this! certain sport and movie channels I used to get just have a black screen when I go onto them!all the information is showing ie: time the program started and whats on next ect, just not sure wot to try next! pm me if you have any info many thanks

Do a network test and if it comes back ok you know what the problem is especially if bbc1 is working fine, Andy.
