no tuner or*************

hi i have a dm80hd pvr clone got the no ca error fixed it and reflashed my box when i turn the box on it boots up and says no service available or tuner******t also messes with another 800 box that i have runnig. i have tried to clone my working box but i dont really know what fles go where
