Multi tuner not working, can someone help?

Hi,

my friend recenlty updated my enigma2 and the multituner has stopped working i think. i can only watch the same channel im recording. i also use my dm800 with the dreambox live app on my ipad. previously i could watch another channel other than what was showing on the main tv screen. i've searched my dreambox everywhere for a menu for the multituner but i cant find one. can some one please help im worried i might mess with simething i shouldnt.

Did your friend Update the image with a compatible one for your multi tuner i am assuming you have the 3/1 tuner card.

Hi,

He said it was the same image as before, I'm not 100% sure on the 3/1 but previously I could have over 5 devices watching different channels now it's just the one.
