DM800HD Image for dummies

Hi all,

I am wanting to know:

1. How do I find out what image I currently have on my box at the moment (I go the box all ready to go)
2. How do i install a NEW image on to my DM800HD - A link to a dummies guide would be excellent
3. If only specific images can be installed on to my dreambox (DM800HD)
4. Where can I find a good image to install

also make sure you know what box you have an original or a clone if a clone only flash a patched image.
