i have not tried this yet as i'm extrmely happy with the image i have been running for the past 2 weeks.

Not been on in sometime guys but if you look back earlier on in this thread I went through image to image fast as hell. Been with the same image for I dont know how long now on my SE and would not change it.

I agree with Alom on a lot when it comes to images etc.

What I will say to the new ones asking is dont go and stick for the first image recommended to you as what image may work for one will not suit another.

It really is trial and error.

As mentioned Alom's advice is fantastic but I have tried out images he has suggested and he has tried out images that I have suggested and we both may love those images that we currently use but when it comes to each other using what the other one is using we will have different opinions which is a perfect example of what may work for one may not work for others.

If I remember right (sorry skipped to the last page) it was Alom that started this thread and it has been very valuable.

I do tend to suggest Dreambox UK image to people new to the scene although not my choice as I prefer to do the work myself it is a starting point.

Anyway you wont go wrong with Alom's advice even if a suggested image does not suit you this thread is full of other images that one will.

Theres no break down of its features or points ?

ive tried most images on my dm800hdpro but ive always gone back to DE-BLACKHOLE... as for why i cant say really i just like it. regards mdt

i use openpli 4.0 on my SE and it just works without issue,regards mdt
