dm800se 2 empty tuners unable to edit

I am using the dreamboxuk image, which is based open openpli, I then add the hd glass and tspanel addons to it, along with my own bootscreen.

At what seems to be random times, I appear to get two tuners displaying when I go to scan again as channels are no longer decoding and I am unable to edit them or do anything with them any ideas?

Probably flash got corrupted somehow, maybe better to reflash with a backup if you have one or just reflash fresh and start again.
