Image with cccam, which one

I need an image for my DM800SE Clone, with cccam 2.13/2.14 built in. And prepared for 5e and 1w also. Does anyone knows if such image is existing and where to find it. I am so tired of always have to download this and this, before it works. So if I can find an image with those 2 thing included, it would be great.
