External flash image dm800se clone

Im trying to get multiboot setup on my usb stick so i can install the larger images. Every time i try install a version of Barry Allen tho i get a message saying its only for kernel 3.2. I have read somewhere Meoboot can't run on clones. Is there any other method i can use and how do i find out which kernel I'm running?
