there are a couple of plugins i always install. It gets tedious when i am changing image and i have to install 5/6 plugins all the time. Is there some website or something i can download these plugin on to usb, install all at once. primarily: namezap, serie film, crossepg, cooltv, quickbutton, virtualzap.

Whilst i am at it, what file stores the location of the recording paths eg instant record, movies, time shift. I have to always reset them everytime i put a new image on.

This is the target of TSpanel to collect all useful plugins from than 4 servers in addition to image server
However from software manager or from TSpanel you can select the plugins or files you want and to save then when you install new image just hit restore
also you can take copy of etc/enigma2/settings file where recording path and others things stored

From software manager or tspanel there is option called select files for backup
select the plugin folder you want from
usr/lib/enigma2/python/plugins/extensions

compatibility with rami Maher v19 image

Greetings,
WOULD like to assure myself. Would be most grateful if you would kindly confirm that by adding this plug-in(enigma2-plugin-extensions Tspanel 3.6 mipsel rar) to the already installed image(ramiMaher v 19 gem 3) on my dm00HD, I would not risk any conflict.

Secondly where to insert the plugin you have recommended.

just install the plugin by telnet as explained above and it will appear in the menu in plugins browser

No flashing image by dreamup or internet explorer or by plugin Dflash(not advised)
