Stuck on booting screen

i am stuck on the booting screen and i cant get a ip address on my dcc and im stuck.. please help!

samething has happened to me ...can anyone help

turn off box. turn on box with finger on front power button. release when front display says stop. then you will see the ip adress.
this is for dreambox 800 hd and se
