Dm800se clone Pli4 HOW TO?

Hi, I have a packet of picons for 28E but how to pass them on the dm?

Place your Picons into a folder called picon transfer this to a usb stick place into 800 and reboot receiver, you may have to mount the stick if the image does not detect it

use a USB stick 8gb min,

format it first on the computer to FAT32,

next plug it in the back of the box, then mount > Menu>setup>hardisk (look for your usb here)

next use any ftp client to connect to your dreambox

now look for a folder called /media/usb

now in the USB folder create a folder called PICON

VERY IMPORTANT THIS BIT. make sure you send all the files into the picon folder or it wont work!

username: root
Password: dreambox

Check your ip in network > adapter settings (on your dreambox for the ip address)
