Dreambox 500s won't install cccam

i have dm500s with gemini project 4.60 was working fine with cccam 2.1.3 but stoped working couple days back tryed install new image but box keeps says no cccam found also when i try to manualy install cccam says install not successful iv tryed diffrente images with no luck its like it wont accept cccam for some reason i have 2 other dm500s with gemini and cccam 2.1.3 working 100%

need some help please

Com connection when you install new image switch off then switch on the box should start talking it may be the software has been corrupted, try downloading new dreamup software.

I dint use dreamup I'm loading new image via flashwizard also iv tryed dreamup but still same ... Box for some reason ain't saving cccam or something

Do a factory reset on it!
Backup image from other working unit and download to non working one and see does that work!

Tryed that but still cccam not working even though iv started cccam

if your using gemini project they stopped cccam download via blue panel u must install manualy

ftp the file to /tmp then install it manually via the addons manuall install. regards mdt

You can no longer download things from the gemini images, as there servers have been turned off as far as im aware, I recommend loading in the " Open PLI image ", Ill attach the download link below, I recommend putting that image into the box with " Flash wizard 6.3 ( download : ) "
NOTE: Default username and password for the 500s are username : Root & Password : Dreambox

Once you have loaded in the new image, the box should reboot, once its up and running again hit, blue>software management>downloads>softcams/cardservers. You will need to Download CCcam and CCcam.cfg as they are not included with the image !

there are many different images around the net with addons/cams built in but if you like the GP images then try adding the tunisia sat addon file. regards mdt

Humm I hab problems using Gimmini. so now I use Plijade.
