Stopped turning on

My DM500 has stopped coming on. The power light is on and the tv channel auto changes when its powered up but no picture. This has happened after it was unplugged from the mains for the first time since it was installed. Would i need to re-install everything or is it another problem? Any help plz

sounds like you need to reflash box using dreamup and null modem cable.
check the red stickies there is guide.
