dm500 missing some channels

i have dm500s but most tp's from hispasat aint scanning the channels even though i have 93% SNR example 11811h 27500 3/4 i got 93% but no channels on that tp working ... some on diffrente tp's work also i have another dm500 working perfect with the same dish because i pluged box into to check if it was dish but no still same

things iv done :

*factory reset and loaded setting from working box
*installed new image
*loaded new sat xml
*tryed manual scan

but still the same

any help please
