dm remote dont repsonde

Hi guys, please help. I have new Dm 600 Pvr, i installed pli image. Worked allright for while, then: if i start Dm -boot image (you can see the screen) but there is no respodse from remote control. Cant flash again -if i hold the start button -it will jump to green light(should be green+red).
Help please

you checked batteries in remote haha
if no response you may have to flash with dreamup and null modem cable
or try the web interface see if image is still working

ths for answer. I just decided to contact seller if its posible to retund. I know, i could propably fix it by my self, but iam comlete newbie with DM. Hopefuly he take it back, if not ill be back for more help. Thanks
