How to reset a DM500S?

Hi,
I was watching tv with my DM500S and suddenly the remote stopped working. Now I lost the image and the box doesn't turn off even if I unplug it from the back and then plug it back goes directly to the green light. Can anybody please tell me how to reset this box? I am very new at this and I appreciate your help.

Ok, I just saw that the previous thread is explaining exactly what I wanted to know. Now I have to go and read a bit more and try.
