help needed with pli jade3 maxvar

trying to sent sat xml 28.2 file to dm500s to replace multisat xml file 28.2 file comes up as transfer failed
can i delete multisat xml from dm500 and replace with 28.2 xml
if so where do i find sat xml file in jade 3 image
