dm500 blue screen ??

Hey guys
i have supplied a few dm500s over the last few months and over the weekend at least 3 people have rung to say that the screen has gone blue ,
the light is on the box
they are all running pli jade
any ideas on how i can sort these boxes out ?

have you tried erasing flash with dreamup and reinstalling pli jade image,this might solve problem..

cant even connect to the box , so cant use dream up or anything
