I am wondering if any one has DM500s HD Clone working on card sharing. I bought this on AliExpress. This one does not have PLI image and I can not communicate with it using DCC. DCC reports it is not dreambox. The instructions which came with it tell that it has card sharing option for both cccam and newcamd but can not get into it using menu. Instructions say that put card sharing file *.cfg on udrive (USB flash) and insret it in usb port. I put *.cfg files on flash and inserted in usb port but still can not get into card sharing menu. If any one has set this chinese clone please help. Thanks

It sounds like an openbox s9 if you have to put the config file on via usb.

More than likely a Dreamer 500HD, Not a proper DM500HD clone these havent been released yet..due out soon.
Dreamer 500 are NXP based CPU and chipset recievers in a look alike DM500HD case, they are not compatible with Dreambox images or dreamup etc...as they are completely different hardware (non broadcom based).
Check your manual or contact your supplier to verify how to set up CS on the Dreamer 500 image...Comment

Hi all just recently used a dreambox 500s until i bought a dreamer 500hd few days ago!
The file software that you cannot see is there!
Its a update of the older one, the new one only just has a softcam choice with ccam and newcam in the share option.Comment
