Can't download tuxbox

I am trying to change the password in my db. When I try to download tuxbox via the db as I get this message

I have tuxbox on my laptop though, is it possible, assuming I can't download it, to get it from the laptop to the dreambox? If so, how do I do this.

When you say you are trying to download tuxbox commander does that mean you do not know your current dreambox password which is why you trying to change it? If you know the password for your box then you can change it using telnet.

Yes, you are right, I don't know the password. I don't really want to flash as I will loose everything I have already.

I maybe mistaken but more then likely the download menu on the box is probably blocked to prevent you from downloading tuxbox commander. If someone gave you a box with the cline already installed then they would most likely took measures to prevent you making changes to the box.
