the difference between dm500 and dm518

i was looking at buyin a new dreambox of uk dreamshop i was wondering what the difference between the dm500 and dm518 is?

will i be able to use the same image as the one on dm500?

and the dm518 dosent have a scart connection on the back of the box it uses the 3 coulored wires will this affect the picture quality or will it be the same as the dm500?

518 dont have a card reader too mate

The 518 was made for the Australian market,no card reader and just RYW cable plus has a dodgy plug top.
Go with what you know is good.....DM500 imo
