500S Not Booting Up

I have had a Dreambox 500S for about 2 weeks now, and I have a turkishh "The GP Turk Meteor" Enigma 1 image. For some reason now when I turn on my box it just shows the logo, and never boots up. When I connect to DreamUP to try to re-flash, DreamUP never passes "Connection prepared, now switch on the dreambox!"
Any help would be appreciated thanks

Make sure when you are connecting with Dreamup that power to dreambox is off, only after hitting connect that you power up the dreambox!
