Hi i am a total noob at all this and i have no idea what is going on well basically i have like over 10 SKY BOX OFFICE channels yet none of them seem to work all the rest of my channels are fully working how do i go about getting a ppv as im Wanting to watch PPV? please do advise

Try having a little patience!!! You can't expect replies in the two minutes you waited between posts.

You wont clear SBO channels, unless you have a legit subscription and have paid for them or you're on share with someone who has...

@ tony haha good one mate im learning all this stuff i havent really paid attention to it, but like i said this was m first box i bought it a dm500s and the person i got it off is a total joker hence why im trying to see how all this works so maybe i can get a hd one and do it all my self hopefully thanks guys for the replies.

p.s i have a problem?

var/tuxbox/config/enigma! i keep getting this when i re scan for channels the scan on Auto or Manual scan works fine till last 5 seconds and then that message comes up, ive seen a few threads regarding this and it says do a factory reset if im correct in thinking in most cases what any kind of device if you do a factory reset that shall erase everything?

like i said im a newbie so wouldnt know, please if you could advise Also i am in the North of England next to Leeds, i am wondering would i be able to catch any HBO etc channels? please do advise thank you so much for the replies
