You need to FTP to the box and place and configure your Cccam.cfg file.

This is found in var/etc.

you will now need to get hold of server to get your config file, unless you have it, as by factory resetting you have lost everything, you will get nothing, you need to fully configure your box

you exactly need to get hold of ur server and get cline info from them unless u already know it, u then need to d/load cccam, ftp into ur box, and edit cccam.cfg which is in var/etc.
