    is sky italia movies channels working

    i got a new dm500 setup today but the sky italia movies channels are not working am not getting enough signal on them snr 78 agc 90 and the message service cannot be found.
    i tryed new channels bouquets still nothing. then tryed my other dm500 and they not working on that ether.
    all other channels are coming though on 13. east loud and clear snr 97ish agc 94ish.

    any1 know wat the issue could be please?

      They've changed Symbol Rate, from 27500 to 29900

      Rescan 12034 V, and 12054 H and change the SR to 29900 and you should pick them up, thats what i had to do on my tm600...

          yeah cheers for that mate that done the job didnt know wat was wrong with it
