problem with DM500s cardshare

I have inserted the sly box number to generate a key which I enter into line 317 of cccam.cfg having firstly removed the asterick. I have rebooted the box. The sky card in the skybox has the sports/kids entertainment package. On the Dreambox 500, when I try to view these channels,I get the symbol showing they are encrypted and the information box shows the programme but no picture or sound. Any ideas where I'm going wrong?

have you set cccam as the default cam ,i dont know what image your using but on nabilosat you press the blue button (onscreen you will see default cam and to its right you should see either default or common interface ) press the right button on the remote untill default is gone and you can see cccam highlighted in red ,then press the ok button and exit back to tv channels .cccam is now set as your default cam .

if you have it set as your default cam and its still not clearing any pay channels it would seem you have the wrong cccam version installed ,you need to install cccam 2.1.3 complete .
