Web-x-Tv question

Hello guys,

When watching TV on my laptop via web-x-tv, can i view different channels than the ones on TV? Is it possible?

I'm using PLi JADE 3 MaxVar image if that helps.

you can on DM800
as long as both the channels are on the same transponder

click bbc1 channel name then the blue tv icon to stream bbc1
that will now show bbc1 on both tv and pc

then click just the blue tv icon for bbc2
that will then stream bbc2 to your pc
and bbc1 will still be showing on tv

not sure about DM500

Thanks Davo for your reply, I've tried your method but unfortunately it did not work for me.
So do i understand that it won't work for DM500s model?! I hope experts will contribute to this thread and maybe someone knows something

It wont work m8, only works on models with hard drive facility.
